Quick answers for your practice

If yours is not here, write to us — we would rather answer it properly than leave you guessing.

Through yoga, breathing exercises, and lifestyle guidance, we aim to enhance fertility and overall reproductive health naturally.

We provide targeted yoga postures, breathing techniques, and lifestyle practices to relieve back pain and strengthen your spine.

No. Our group classes and personal sessions both begin from where you are, and the fundamentals of posture and breathing are taught from the ground up.

We lead with breath. Ancient Indian breathing techniques and mindful postures sit at the centre of everything we teach, with rejuvenation — rather than intensity — as the goal.

Group classes suit you if you want a shared, steady rhythm and a broad foundation. Personal sessions suit you if you have a specific goal — mobility, mindfulness, relaxation — and want the pace and technique shaped closely around it.

Comfortable clothing you can move in, and a mat if you have one. Our workplace workshops are designed to need neither a mat nor a change of clothes.

Yes. The workshop is built for the working day: one session of yogic breathwork and one of desk-friendly postures that can be done sitting or standing.

Serenity Blueprint works with anxiety and stress, Breathe Life Guide with lung vitality and breath capacity, and Revive Your Sleep with rest and the evening wind-down.

A short daily practice will usually do more than one long weekly session. Most of our programmes are built around ten to fifteen minutes a day, supported by a longer guided session.

Practice can often be adapted, but we are not a substitute for medical care. Tell us about any condition, injury or medication before you begin, and keep your clinician in the loop.
